Come work with us

We’ve ripped up the CV rule book – if you’re good at what you do, we want you.

We can teach you the skills you need to work in this sector. We can’t teach excellence. We need people who are extraordinary at what they do and who want to push Red River to ever more outstanding and original solutions.

We want people who will confront a software problem and think of innovative solutions that will ensure our clients, and we, excel.

In return, we provide a supportive, collaborative working environment including hybrid working options to ensure you’re in the best place for you. We offer training and mentoring programmes, and benefits including childcare vouchers, a Cycle to Work scheme, free parking and 25 days’ annual holiday (plus bank holidays).

We encourage creative play time to experiment with new tech, and have an internal team dedicated to investigating and adopting the latest technology – we’re constantly learning new things.

If you’re looking for a job that challenges, rewards and supports you as part of a brilliant team, then we’d love to hear from you: email your CV along with any examples of your work to us at [email protected]

Strictly no agencies.
