Just before Christmas we welcomed MP Jeremy Quinn to the offices in Horsham.

The visit, where he met Red River directors Simon Pringle and Kieren Johnstone, as well as many other members of staff, was a way of opening up a conversation about the digital economy and the skills shortage our industry is facing.

‘One of the reasons we invited Mr Quinn in was to highlight how he could be helping our industry and solving the problems facing it,’ explained Simon.

‘He’s agreed to attend the MP’s briefing meeting for the Local Skills Improvement Plan, the Trailblazer initiative from the Sussex Chamber of Commerce, which we think is a huge step in the right direction in gaining his support for our industry.’

On the visit, Jeremy said, ‘It’s always a pleasure to visit Simon and his team. There is a great atmosphere in the Red River office and I always feel the excitement of this Horsham team providing fresh ideas and helping clients and their customers benefit from innovative solutions.’
