  5. Simon talks Software Careers at Inspire Conference

Not content with working full time on client projects, co-founder, Simon Pringle will be out nearly every day this week sharing his insight and experience and some all round tech love about software careers.

The Inspire Conference run by our friends and partners at University of Chichester, will take place on Tuesday 7th June at the Bognor Regis Campus and will run from 9.00am-3.00pm.

Developed in conjunction with Cascaid and the National Careers Service, the event will include a market place with exhibitors, a seminar programme and sector update sessions for members of their South Coast Careers Network and Careers Advisers in the South East region.

Simon will be speaking in the morning, about the technology sector and sharing recent developments in the industry and how those advising on careers can promote it most effectively.

“It’s all part of our ongoing campaign to raise awareness of the skills gap in technology – one of the most important industries across the globe – and how careers can be made more accessible, as well as how businesses can retain and nurture tech talent.”

We already work in partnership with University of Chichester on their Apprenticeship Degree programme BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions (Software Engineer) that offers a blend of academic modules with hands on real world experience. We have student apprentices starting work with us in September. If you’d like to find out more about a career with us, or having Simon speak at your event – he is not the Gatwick Diamond Business Person of the Year 2016 for nothing – then please get in touch!
